it depends on how you store it .
first , if you store it at room temperature , it can be stored upto 3-4 hours.
second ,if you are storing it in fridge , you can store upto 4 days.
but its advisable to label milk containers with the date and time ,it was expressed so you can use the oldest milk first.
please avoid storing milk in the door of the fridge.
store milk in small portions to avoid waste .
if your baby drinks from a bottle and not able to finish the milk , please do not store that milk for later use.
always wash your hands before expressing milk
and use sterilized equipment to store the milk for example
breastpump ,storage bags like Babyhug storage bags etc
