the baby should have a balance diet which includes all the nutrients in right proportion.
make sure the kid has some physical activity in a day.
keep the baby well hydrated.
include lots of green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads into the diet.
