what are the fruits and vegetables to be included in diet?

A. to a pregnant lady can have fresh fruits and veggies.. green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, except papaya, pineapple and gases causing food.
