give light food like tomato soup , khichdi , liquid upma , rice etc
avoid giving heavy oily spicy food items.
give fruits like apple, banana,pear ,peach etc
keep your child well hydrated
measure the temperature repeatatively,if it remains 100f or above then please visit your pediatrician
