what are the food item to be included in the daily routine to get healthy and thick hair

A. food that are rich in protein and biotin.. such as carrots, beans, bananas, spinach, Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health.

A. Hi parents please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please give daily massage with bhringraj oil please give daily sun light exposure please use Babyhug milk shampoo
