Hence seasonal fruits and vegetables are very much required for their vitamins and minerals to build in their immune system and make it stronger .
You may give them whole grain cereals for their carbohydrates- rice , roti , ragi , Upma , idli , oats etc , also proteins - dals , chana , rajma , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , milk , curds , panner etc - also a dash of healthy fats in ghee and other milk and products and also dry fruits and nuts
