what are the best foods to increase weight in kids

A. Include all family foods freshly cooked at home include all seasonal fruits and vegetables, add cow's milk and milk products, butter, ghee, cheese, paneer, banana, chiku, eggs, non veg like fish chicken etc

A. To increase weight of the child, include fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, eggs, chicken, fish, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, cereals, legumes and 500-600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep him well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
