Dear parent, for weight gain of your 11 months old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give top food 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
