Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi babies weight gain determined by their birth weight usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months. so , ideally ,at age of 7 months, babies should have weight between 4.5 to 6 kg. height depends on genetics ,so please don't take stress for this.
