I’m Not able to see any picture if you post it along with your query but I do these days is very common with kids that’s probably just due to heat and parents discover a dent kids thinking that they will catch cold or something and that is kind of an adverse affect so in this case I’m going to advise you to make your child and minimal clothes keep your child into AC when the temperature is somewhere around 25° and avoid eating anything hot as a mother which has heated it
