at least wait till completion of 5 years.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

it is not that much common in our society.
so please don't self judge your child
mam , proper diagnose is necessary in this
so if you have doubt and if there developmental delay , if a child always prefer to play alone , not responding to name ,not making eye contact while talking then you must consult your pediatrician.
