NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello breast milk will actually help to improve the immunity in the babies and it is actually better to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and as baby grows the immunity will also improve gradually and absolutely nothing to worry
