what are foods and remedy for back pain and joint pain after delivery

A. Fruits and vegetables such as carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, cherries, berries, grapes, pomegranate and watermelon reduce back pain by fighting inflammation. Green leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grains reduce constipation. Include potassium rich foods like sweet potatoes and bananas. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, soya milk and almond milk in your diet. Include omega 3 in your diet by eating fish like salmon or sardines or tuna. Eat flax seeds, canola oil, walnuts, spinach, and kale.
