Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no solid foods are any complimentary semi-solid still the baby complete 6 months of age and entering 7th month only you have to start only semi solids the baby not solids .

Hi mommy Give solid food after six months Wash hands often before touching your baby Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
