my boy is 5 months old. when can we start semi solid food. what can be the first semi solid food

A. Dear mum, you should start semi solid foods after completion of 6 months. You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

A. Start solids only after ur kid completes 6 months. You can start with sooji and moong ki dal ka pani with no salt in it

A. From 6 months v can start rice water or dhaal waterand slowly start fruit and vegetable puree at end of 6.months or 7th month

A. hi after 6 months age. once baby become 6 months old , you can start with liquid diet like mung dal Pani, rice water which is easy to take. start with few spoons of quantity . and gradually increase it's quantity and consistency as per your child to requirements.
