A. Unless your baby has a history of eczema or food allergies, they can try nuts shortly after they start solids nuts can be given in the form of paste or powder to avoid the risk of choking.

A. hello just tey with little when you start with and make sure tyebaby is not allergic to the nuts and then you ma give it and few nuts a day should be good enough and also make sure to give your child healthty and also well balanced nutritious food in the diet
