#AskTheExpert by which month can we start giving nuts to babies? what type of nuts cab be given

A. Unless your baby has a history of eczema or food allergies, they can try nuts shortly after they start solids — as early as 4 to 6 months. Some of the common nuts that can be given to the babies are almonds, cashews, pistachios, peanuts and walnuts. All of them are quite healthy and provide essential nutrients to the growing baby. you can give in the form of paste or powder to avoid choking hazards.

A. Hi parent you can give powder of different dry fruits with milk or different sweet dishes like soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
