Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom....let your child take sunlight everyday for done tone.. increase intake of vitamin c rich foods.....give haldi milk daily.. atleast once a day....give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
