A. the weight range would be between 13 kg to maximum 25 kg it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. Hello dear parent! Ideal weight range would be between 16 and 18 kgs. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Avoid outside foods. Good luck and take care.
