Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age you have to give only breastfeeding to the child and nothing else and you have to start complementary feeding only after completion of 6 months of age and breastfeeding contains every ingredients which will help in increasing the weight and height of the child

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and baby weight should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and also give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months too. and ot is total food for a baby.
