A. weight loss tips.. restrict sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. drink plenty of water.. try having water before meals half an hr before.. start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise..

A. If you do regular exercise as well as control your diet it will definitely help to reduce weight. Do surya namaskar daily and avoid junk food and oily food. Regular walking for minimum 45 mins is also helpful
