Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. must be always weight gain continuously in pregnancy if there is weight loss you had to be vigilant and consult a Doctor immediately you need proper evaluation for this reason .

If Losing weight as of now then you should get a check with your doctor certain times a little bit of weight loss is normal up to 500 g or something because sometimes we do not eat properly we are not feeling well enough to eat good enough which is why that happens but you should get a check with your doctor ones
