you can feed smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, sprouts, pulses, smashed roti, paratha, khichdi, nuts paste, milk shakes paneer, porridge, pancake, chila, sheera, upma, poha, etc.
feed on regular intervals
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
