RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. There are no weight gain supplements to be given to the child a child has to have a proper balanced nutritious diet which is what is going to be helpful in increasing the weight of the child for a diet plan you should consult a nutritionist in person
