A. Hi mom, if your baby is active, happy and eating properly then nothing to worry. you can feed her with variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed foods. you can include stuffed roti or paratha, rice or daliya varieties with veggies, dals, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, banana, chikko, boiled potato, variety of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, stuffed idli, dosa, poha, veg upma, sheera, porridge, nuts and dried fruits, pancake, chilla, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee while preparing her meals. offer her some handy snacks and try to feed her on regular intervals after 2 hours gap. avoid force feeding.

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet which can help in the growth of your child and if the child is active then weight is not a problem
