A. dear mum, for weight gain of your 1 year 2 months old baby girl, give a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. good morning I would recommended to try to give small mails at regular intervals with the child you should try to include healthy carbohydrates like white rice whole grain porridge in the diet
