A. a balanced diet having variety of food groups is important for healthy weight give 3 meals and two healthy snacks all family foods good protein intake egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
