Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
Start with the exercise. Do yoga ,cycling jogging walk dance etc to shed extra kilos from the body.
