A. In 1 year, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like dalia, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, legumes, besan and beetroot cheela, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, khichdi, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, seasonal fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
