Q.

we were feeding Nan Pro for our being since beginning. except for the spit ups there were no issues for her. however 1 month back we shifted to Dexolac. for 3 weeks there was no issues and everything went well. however in the last 1 week my baby is having bad constipation issues. is that because of Dexolac? which one is better? Dexolac or Nanpro...?

A. it is the cic gas to colic is a very common thing in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .
