Q.

we speak telugu in home, neighbours speak kannada, In play home they speak English. does it hinders my toddlers communication skills. I am literally worried. he does only need based communication not back and forth. Do I have to take him to counseling. he is 2.3 years old

A. My matter stretch you can introduced probably two languages at a time and I think you should speak to your home language your basic mother tongue plus English by your child is in the daycare or learning from the school because if you introduce multiple languages at a time a child loses the base and does not understand anything that is why sometimes the communication back-and-forth is not proper so there’s no problem with your child the problem is that too many languages are there so the child is getting confused
