A. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he has missed his PCV vaccinations at 6 weeks so you can start pcv1 at 10 weeks,pcv2 at 14 weeks and pcv3 at 18 weeks and one booster dose after 15 months from pcv3 dose

A. Schedule for Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccines Infants receiving their first dose at age < 11 mo should receive 3 doses of PCV13 at intervals of approximately 4 weeks with a booster at 15 mo. Children Aged 12–23 Months should receive 2 doses with an interval of at least 8 weeks between doses.
