We have a puppy at home and I saw a very small scratch on my son's foot.I'm not sure whether it is because of the puppy or got hurt while he is playing. My doctor has suggested to get 5 doses of Rabies vaccine for my son. Our puppy is perfectly fine. And another doctor told me to get only 3 doses which acts like pre exposure and also observe the dog. we gave 3 doses till now to my son. is it ok if we get 5 doses as pre exposure vaccine?
