Q.
We have a baby of 9 months. From this morning, we've noticed a runny nose. Had we need a consultation with a pediatrician? Kindly suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam ingghalation is repeated frequently .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Sinarist 1ML to your child twice a day you can guess this is one of the best antiallergic that you can give to the child for minimum three and maximum five days yet if you feel it is not helping then you should consult your paediatrician ones
