we had a done a 2d echo test and reports are clear that no Asd and No vsd she is 4months old now but that heart beat murumr sound is coming in different only why that rytham is coming is there any problem please suggest me

It requires physical examination
Better to consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Usually it will correct soon on its own and doesn’t require any medicine
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
