I am sure your child would be eating all kind of food like specially roti and all so carry puri or parathe your child that is going to be ideally very healthy and good you can keep the stuff on Masala one or the plain whatever suits you that’s going to be good and outside if you are cooking or you have an option of making your own food and best is to go for khichadi that’s going to be the right food to be given and during the time of takeoff and landing if you feed milk to the child then do it before takeoff and after landing mid flight milk feeding is not advisable and use cotton or earplugs for your child because they really suffered with air pressure
