water is coming from baby eyes mostly left eye what could be the cause mostly noticing after bathing

Maybe we are using something on the face like a soap or something may be leaving some irritation into the eyes of the child there could be a possibility so maybe the water is coming out because of that and if you do not think that’s the reason and the problem is continuous and get a check with the doctor
