ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you can liquid diet like Moong Daal paani or rice kangi. give it for once in a day. follow three day rule.
If it takes well than gradually you can introduce fruits and vegetables puree, cerelac, porridge, khichdi and increase consistency.

U Can go ahead with giving Dal and rice water fruits and vegetables today porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato along with that go ahead with giving Suji items quinoa ragi and oats dry fruit powder dairy products and good amount of water is definitely
