Vomiting and fever starts because of gastric infection or food poisoning how bacteria cn kill if I give vomikind and paracetamol

A. hello dear parent, it would be better if you consult your paediatric once for this problem and medicine required for the same . Kindly do not self medicate and do not apply home remedies.
