I am unwell because of food poisoning. Can I still breastfeed my baby?

I suggest you don’t feed the time because you may be having antibiotics to get over this kind of food poisoning so you should not be for feeding the child as of now this is what I am suggesting you but still you can take advice from your treating doctor on that
