Hi Mom Children are fussy eater at this age Make meal time fun with toys and story Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Make meal time fun Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
