very good morning ma'am my child is 6 year old. she is overweight. she has 37 kg wt and 122 CM height. she doesn't sit at one place. she gets active whole day. she take juck food once in a week. please let me know what should I do. I am worried aboy her.

A. hi get it checked by your pediatrician whether the weight is result of thyroid or obesity etc avoid giving outside food. give food like sprouts,salad , fruits more increase your child fluid intake
