Crocin (paracetamol) drops are given to reduce fever or discomfort after vaccination and do not interfere with feeding. Ensure that the baby is comfortable and willing to feed. Feeding after vaccination can also soothe the baby and provide comfort. However, keep an eye on your baby for any reactions like excessive crying, fever, or discomfort, and consult your pediatrician if needed.
