Usually i get pimple before periods, this time also I got pimple but no periods yet. That means I am not conceived this time also?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Not like that you will need to wait n check. If you doubt you can take a home pregnancy test to confirm the same. If your worried then I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
