AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. What is the birth weight of ur baby.. The babies they gain around 200 gms per week in the first month and half kgs every month till six months.. If the weight gain is less then u need to consult with your doctor for the same.
