Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are asking to take Omega 3 e supplement for yourself and if you are a breastfeeding mother so you can take there is no problem but it should be taken in a proper dose so you can consult your doctor or to some dietitian regarding this
