urgent help.. our kid is 6 year old, he is having 3 lose stools and one vomiting..from today afernoon..plz help..what can we give at home

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it ixdes associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
