upto 3 months, my baby used to pass stool daily, but now at four months, he doesn't pass stool for upto 5 days, and it's slightly hard.

NavneetGuardian of a 5 m old girl1 month agoA. same with my baby.My baby is 4 months old and its hard to pass stool for her and after 5-6 days. I use lactulose solution but no effect.

Constipation is normal in this age so it’s not an issue when it is hard motion try to feed your child from time to time so that the body has proper hydration and that it will be easier for the child to pass a motion in case of any problem you can check with the doctor to give us tool softener
