Q.

u cn add nuts directly if the child is habitual of taking home cooked meals as usual.

A. Hai good morning !!! Giving nuts directly for kids below 5 years is not suggested as there might choking hazard. You can give nuts by chopping or grating or as powder in Milk or porridge, kheer dry fruits and nuts Ladoo, Barfi... Prefer soaked nuts pieces in summer which helps in controlling body heat...
