7am a cup of milk
9am breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam dosa idly cornflakes chocos
11am any fruit as apple pear sapota banana papaya
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
